Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Comradi platform and all associated services. By first using the platform, users agree to these terms. Should any individual provision be found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

To register independently, users must be at least 16 years old. Users under 16 may use the platform only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Certain platform features require registration with a valid email address. Users are obliged to provide accurate information upon registration and to keep their access credentials confidential. Transfer of accounts to third parties is not permitted. Comradi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently delete accounts in the event of justified suspicion of misuse.

The platform may only be used for lawful purposes. Any automated data collection (scraping, crawling), any deliberate impairment of platform operations, and any commercial re-use of platform content without Comradi's express consent is prohibited. Comradi reserves the right to restrict or interrupt access to the platform at any time, in particular for maintenance and security purposes.

Users are solely responsible for the content they post on the platform. By posting content, they grant Comradi the non-exclusive, worldwide and unlimited right to reproduce, distribute and make such content publicly accessible within the scope of platform operations. Copyright remains with the users. No content may be posted that infringes the rights of third parties.

Prohibited activities include in particular: disseminating unlawful, false, misleading, harassing or discriminatory content; using the platform for commercial purposes without Comradi's express consent; introducing malware or circumventing technical security measures; creating fake profiles or impersonating third parties; and any form of harassment of other users.

Organisations and events on the platform may be marked as '18+' – either by Comradi or by the respective organisation. Such listings are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. Users are responsible for ensuring that minors in their care do not access age-restricted content.

Comradi accepts no liability for the completeness, accuracy or currency of content available on the platform. The platform is provided without warranty of error-free or uninterrupted operation. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. These limitations do not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Users may delete their account at any time via account settings. Comradi reserves the right to suspend or delete an account without notice in the event of serious or repeated violations of these Terms of Use. In the event of account deletion, personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law, to the exclusion of conflict-of-law provisions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Use is Basel, Switzerland.

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all paid services provided by Comradi, in particular the Premium membership for organisations and booked advertising placements. They supplement Comradi's Terms of Use, which continue to apply in full.

Comradi provides the following paid services:

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are exclusive of VAT, which is calculated automatically by Stripe Tax and shown as a separate line item. Payment is made exclusively via the payment provider Stripe. Stripe's terms and conditions and privacy policy apply to the processing.

Premium membership is taken out on a monthly or annual basis and renews automatically for the agreed period unless cancelled before the end of the current period via the organisation profile in the Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no pro-rata refunds are issued.

For digital services that are performed immediately at the express request of the user before the expiry of the withdrawal period and have been fully rendered, the right of withdrawal lapses in accordance with Swiss law of obligations (OR Art. 40a et seq.). By concluding a subscription, users agree that performance commences immediately and that the right of withdrawal lapses accordingly.

Comradi's liability for damages not caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Comradi is not liable in particular for failures of the payment provider or temporary interruptions to platform operations. Comradi's total liability to any user is limited to the amounts paid in the preceding year.

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law to the exclusion of conflict-of-law provisions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland. Comradi reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time; changes will be communicated to affected users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of paid services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
